Are you an experienced HR professional with a strong background in the legal or professional services sector?

Frazer Jones is partnering with a prestigious UK law firm to recruit a dynamic and strategic HR Manager (FTC) to lead their people agenda and support continued growth and excellence across the firm.

The Role

As HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the full employee lifecycle, driving HR strategy, and ensuring compliance with employment law and best practice. You’ll work closely with Partners and senior stakeholders to deliver people initiatives that align with the firm’s values and business goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage day-to-day HR operations across the firm.
  • Provide expert advice on employee relations, performance management, and employment law.
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent development strategies.
  • Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
  • Manage compensation and benefits benchmarking and reviews.
  • Support organisational change and workforce planning.
  • Maintain and improve HR policies, procedures, and systems.
  • Ensure GDPR and regulatory compliance in all HR practices.

Essential Requirements
