Overview

School HR Manager – London – Full Time

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead our Human Resources function and help create a positive, high-performing workplace culture. Previous experience in education is essential.

Responsibilities
  • Reporting to the School Business Director, you will oversee the full HR function, including recruitment, onboarding, staff development, performance management, and employee relations. You will provide expert advice on policy, procedure, and employment law, ensuring compliance with safeguarding and relevant legislation.
Requirements
  • Strong background in HR and experience in the education sector.
  • CIPD Level 5 qualification or above (completed or in progress).
  • Solid understanding of employment law and HR best practice.
  • Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills.
