A leading HR consultancy in Bournemouth is seeking an HR Assistant to support day-to-day HR functions. The role includes handling HR enquiries, maintaining records, and supporting recruitment processes. Ideal candidates will have experience in HR roles and a CIPD level 3 qualification or be working towards it. This position offers hybrid working, allowing for one day at home per week.

As the HR Assistant you will report into the Head of HR and will be the first point of contact for all day-to-day HR advice and guidance. You will be responsible for all administration around the employee life cycle as well as ensuring company procedures and policies are up to date and in line with current employment legislation.
