We are looking for a Compensation & Benefits Specialist to join our team based in London, UK.

As demand on our environment rises, labour shortages increase. Our humanoid robots aim to support industries with hazardous or monotonous tasks, safeguarding human well-being and addressing global labour gaps.

• Develop and implement compensation and benefits strategies aligned with company goals.
• Conduct salary benchmarking, market analysis, and job evaluations to ensure competitive pay structures.
• Manage employee benefits programs, including pensions, health insurance, and perks.
• Oversee payroll processes with finance and HR teams.
• Ensure compliance with UK employment laws related to compensation and benefits.
• Support the design of incentive schemes, bonuses, and performance rewards.
• Guide employees on compensation structures, benefits, and policies.
• Collaborate with leadership to improve employee satisfaction and retention through reward programs.

• 5+ years of experience in compensation & benefits or related HR roles.
• Experience in IT, tech, or digital companies is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills for salary data and market trends.
• Understanding of UK labor laws and compensation regulations.
• Experience with HRIS and payroll systems.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, with a strategic mindset.
