About The Role

We're looking for an experienced Software Engineer to join the development team for our SaaS HR and Payroll platform.

Our primary tech stack is .NET/C# for the backend, Angular/TypeScript for the frontend, SQL Server and PostgreSQL for our relational databases, and Terraform for our infrastructure as code.

Our platform is hosted on a wide range of Amazon Web Services including EC2, ECS, Lambda, RDS, S3, DynamoDB and SQS.

We also use Amazon Bedrock to build cutting edge generative AI applications, SwiftUI for our native iOS apps and Jetpack Compose for our native Android apps.

Experience with these technologies would be valuable, but we are open to applications from candidates with experience in a broad range of similar web technologies.

What you'll do
  • Collaborate closely with Team Leads, Product Managers, UX Designers and other Software Engineers to design, develop, test and deploy high-quality features and enhancements to our HR and Payroll platform
  • Ensure bugs are identified, analysed and resolved pragmatically in a timely manner during the development and QA of features.
  • Maintain and upgrade existing features and components to ensure our platform remains reliable and performant at scale
  • Mentor and provide constructive feedback to peers through pairing and code reviews
  • Perform technical analysis on technologies, domains or issues to drive the decision‑making process within your team
