Job summary
A reputable recruitment firm is seeking a Financial Controller for a client in Holsworthy. This hands-on role involves leading day-to-day finance operations, statutory reporting, and cash management while partnering with senior stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of senior finance experience, knowledge of UK GAAP/IFRS, and strong Excel and reporting skills. The position offers a competitive salary of up to £60k, plus a 10% bonus, with a hybrid work model (3 days in office).

Responsibilities
- Lead month-end and statutory reporting in line with UK GAAP / IFRS.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
- Act as finance partner to Sales, Operations, and Supply Chain.
