A rural healthcare group in the East Midlands is seeking an HR & Compliance Manager to lead HR operations and compliance strategies. This is a full-time role, working 37.5 hours per week. 30 hours per week is also considered, with a pro‑rata salary. Please note: Sponsorship is NOT available for this role.
This is a newly established, standalone role in a growing organisation, where you will have the opportunity to create the blueprint for HR. In parallel, you will ensure that compliance and ethical governance are at the heart of our people plans and support the business in achieving these for our patients, team and community.
Location: The role is based at our headquarters in Ashbourne DE6 1RR, and it will require regular travel to our sites in Ashbourne and Brailsford.
Working Hours: 30 or 37.5 hours per week, with the flexibility to undertake the hours between 08.00 and 18.30.
