Are you passionate about people and ready to make an immediate impact on workplace experiences? We're seeking an organised and proactive HR Assistant to join a busy, multi-site business on an initial temporary basis. This role offers the chance to support all aspects of HR, helping to deliver efficient processes and a positive employee journey across the organisation.

The Role

As an HR Assistant, you'll be a key member of the HR team, day‑to‑day operations and working closely with wider teams. Collaborating with managers, you'll help maintain smooth processes, ensure compliance, and contribute to a positive, people‑focused culture.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage recruitment processes, including advertising, shortlisting and interview coordination.
  • Lead onboarding and induction activities for new employees.

About You
  • Previous experience in an HR or recruitment role.
  • Good understanding of HR processes and systems.
  • CIPD qualified or relevant HR/Business degree.
  • Highly organised, detail‑focused and adaptable.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
