Job description
HR Business Partner – Part Time

Permanent, part‑time role based in one of several North West locations (Carlisle, Blackburn, Walkden, Salford, Kendal, Bolton, Stockport, Oldham). You will work Wednesday‑Friday, with 3 days per week organised at either 8:00‑16:00 or 9:00‑17:00. Travel to local sites is required, so a full UK driving licence is essential.

Responsibilities

Provide expert HR support and coaching to managers across a range of matters:

  • Employee relations – absence management, performance management, investigations, disciplinaries, grievances.
  • Strategic support – assist in key change projects with HR Business Partners.
  • Compliance & policy updates – ensure HR practices align with legislation and best practice.
  • Collaboration – work closely with teams to deliver seamless HR operations and case management.
