Job summary
A recruitment agency is looking for a motivated Junior Recruiter / HR Specialist to support the scaling of engineering teams across the UK, EU, Germany, and the Middle East. The successful candidate will manage full-cycle IT recruitment, from sourcing to coordination, while also supporting HR processes and candidate engagement. With a strong focus on communication, sourcing skills, and organization, this role offers a competitive salary and a path for growth into a Middle Recruiter or HR Manager role.
