As the UK HR Manager, you will lead HR operations and strategic people initiatives across the UK, with potential expansion into newer geographies in Europe. You will be responsible for compliance, employee lifecycle management, policy development, and partnering with business leaders to drive talent strategies aligned with Brillio’s growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead HR planning, prioritisation, and leadership engagement across UK.
  • Act as a strategic HR partner to business leaders, advising on organizational effectiveness, talent development, and change management.
  • Lead and advise on employee relations cases including performance, disciplinaries, redundancies, and settlement agreements, in consultation with legal.
  • Manage end‑to‑end employee lifecycle: onboarding, payroll inputs, benefits enrolment, performance reviews, and exits.
  • Maintain and update Employee Handbook and HR policies in line with evolving UK employment law.
  • Oversee payroll operations, pension contributions and compliance reviews.
  • Support compensation, performance management, and talent calibration processes.
  • Collaborate with global HR teams on process improvements and regional initiatives.
  • Facilitate monthly Manager Forums and Connect townhalls, including agenda planning, recognition, and follow‑ups.
  • Coordinate Top Talent Connects and provide actionable insights to leadership.
  • Prepare and present executive packs covering attrition themes, headcount trends, and engagement metrics.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives such as Office Hours, wellbeing programs, Diversity & Inclusion events etc.
Qualifications
  • 10–12 years of HR experience, preferably in the IT services industry.
  • Advanced degree in HR or CIPD certification preferred.
  • Strong understanding of UK employment law, compliance, and HR operations.
  • Experience in performance management, compensation, and benefits design.
  • Proven ability to work with senior stakeholders and cross‑functional teams.
