A leading educational trust in the West Midlands is looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager to develop and support the Trust's HR strategy. The ideal candidate will have extensive HR experience, excellent communication skills, and a solid understanding of employment law. Responsibilities include advising senior leaders and leading HR projects to enhance employee experience across multiple schools. This full-time role offers a hybrid working pattern and competitive salary.
Location: Dimbleby House, Tamworth | Salary: £36,363 – £39,152 (Scale J, Points 25–28)
Working Pattern: Whole year, Hybrid (Central Office, Home, and School Visits)
Contract Type: Full-time | Disclosure Level: Enhanced DBS

As our HR Manager, you’ll support the delivery of the Trust’s HR strategy, working operationally and strategically across a broad range of people priorities. You’ll work closely with the wider HR team to ensure our HR service is proactive, professional and aligned to our vision.
