A leading educational trust in the West Midlands is looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager to develop and support the Trust's HR strategy. The ideal candidate will have extensive HR experience, excellent communication skills, and a solid understanding of employment law. Qualifications

  • 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in an education setting.
  • Experience in managing complex employee relations matters.

Location: Dimbleby House, Tamworth | Salary: £36,363 – £39,152 (Scale J, Points 25–28)
Working Pattern: Whole year, Hybrid (Central Office, Home, and School Visits)
Contract Type: Full-time | Disclosure Level: Enhanced DBS

As our HR Manager, you’ll support the delivery of the Trust’s HR strategy, working operationally and strategically across a broad range of people priorities. You’ll advise senior leaders, lead complex casework, and contribute to key projects that enhance the employee experience and strengthen school performance.

You’ll work closely with the wider HR team to ensure our HR service is proactive, professional and aligned to our vision.
