Job Description
As HR Business Partner, reporting into the HR Director, you'll work closely with senior leaders to align people initiatives with business objectives. Supporting both Group functions and the wider organisation, you'll drive change, optimise ways of working, and champion a high-performance culture.Strategic HR Leadership

This role is hybrid, with 2-3 days per week in the Blackburn office and occasional international travel (quarterly or half-yearly).
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate will have:
You will need to be available to be in an office environment for 3 to 4 days per week - with flexibility to working hours when needed.
What's on Offer
This role offers a salary of £45,000 to £55,000 per annum (dependant on experience), plus a suite of benefits.
