Qualifications

  • Demonstrate additional training or equivalent experience to Masters level.
  • Experience of working as a Business Partner (or equivalent role/title).
  • Experience of writing consultation papers and reports.

Responsibilities

  • Provide professional customer-focused HR advice and solutions.
  • Support recruitment and retention strategies within services.
  • Lead HR key activities including Employee Relations and Workforce Diversity.

Skills

CIPD qualified/post graduate diploma in HRM
