About The Role
We’ve got a brilliant opportunity for a Junior Graphic Designer to help level up our in-house marketing team! Using your experience of working across a range of media, you’ll help your marketing colleagues oversee, develop and execute engaging creative concepts, applying your design skills across a variety of channels, including digital, web, video, print and social media. Collaborating with our in-house content creators, you’ll also be responsible for managing the smooth delivery of all briefs and requests coming into the in-house creative studio.

Your day-to-day
As one of our graphic designers, you’ll get the opportunity to:
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to understand project requirements and objectives
- Design, produce and maintain a wide variety of materials, including sales collateral, videos for social media, presentations and website elements
- Use digital tools and software to enhance images, create animations, or develop multimedia designs
- Prepare design drafts, iterate based on feedback, and finalise designs for publication or production
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Work with external vendors or printers to ensure high-quality production of printed materials
What skills does our ideal candidate have?
To thrive in this role, we think you’ll need
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or over three years’ experience working in a professional services business
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro etc.) and Microsoft Suite (Word and PowerPoint)
- Proficient using a DSLR camera and post production of images and videos
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Attention to detail and a strong sense of typography, colour, and layout
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of digital and print production processes
- Understanding of UX/UI design principles is a plus
