Qualifications

• CIPD Qualified or working towards.
• Degree in HR, business, or a related field is desirable.
• Demonstrable HR generalist experience within manufacturing or construction.
• Experience managing employee relations cases end-to-end.
• Excellent understanding of NI law and UK employment law.
