Job summary

As a Head of Maintenance at a Barchester care home, you'll make sure the care home has a clean and well-maintained environment so that residents feel at home and staff can do their jobs well. You'll be responsible for a variety of maintenance tasks within the care home building, as well as in the gardens and grounds. This role requires hands-on experience in property maintenance, at least one trade skill, and the ability to undertake a wide range of maintenance tasks.

Main duties of the job
