  • Develop communication plans and initiatives to support manager with site briefs and any bulk or site‑wide announcements
  • Take the lead on implementing and progressing HR projects
  • Collect and analyse data that can help drive new HR policies and plans

A day in the life

You’ll be based in an Amazon Fulfilment Centre, Delivery Station or Sortation Centre, and will be the main representative to the Operations leadership at your location. You’ll work flexibly with colleagues in different areas of the business to work towards making Amazon Earth’s best employer, from carrying out new business‑wide programmes to assisting with employee relations. No two days are the same as an HR Partner. You’ll help create a positive atmosphere for your Associates and will assist in resolving complex Associate queries.

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in science, technology, engineering, math, business or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree, or Master's degree
  • Experience with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Speak, write, and read fluently in English, and have the ability to take direction in English
  • Experience communicating results to senior leadership, or experience in building financial and operational reports/data sets that inform business decision‑making
  • Experience working with and protecting confidential and sensitive HR information
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree, or experience working for Amazon or any Amazon subsidiary or affiliate
  • Knowledge of HRIS Systems
  • Experience working with basic employment law and HR or payroll practices
  • Experience working with multiple groups of stakeholders
  • Experience working in a fast paced, quickly changing or international environment
