Hybrid HR Admin Specialist – 3 Month Contract
Job summary
A leading staffing agency is seeking an HR Administrator to support site operations with high-quality administrative services. Located in Coventry, the role is hybrid with four days on-site work per week. You will be responsible for managing HR queries, maintaining employee records, and ensuring an effective onboarding process. Ideal candidates will have experience in HR administration, strong organization skills, and excellent communication abilities. Qualifications
- HR admin experience within an HR Shared Service department preferred.
- Ability to work as part of a team and using multiple communication methods.
- Strong administration skills with high accuracy.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to HR processes.
- Monitor HR Shared Services Inbox and respond to queries.
- Maintain HR records and assist with payroll data.
