A prominent consulting firm is seeking an Early Careers Recruitment Assistant Manager for a 12-month contract in Reading. You will oversee the recruitment process for Early Careers programmes, ensuring diversity and a positive candidate experience. This forward-thinking team is dedicated to delivering a best-in-class experience and enhancing the firm's diversity. The team comprises c. 30 in-house individuals and is supported by a recruitment process outsource (RPO) for screening and scheduling.

As an Assistant Manager, you will take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process for Early Careers programmes within a specific business area. This will involve strategically managing talent pipelines to meet recruitment demands while upholding diversity, commercial viability, and a positive candidate experience.>
