We are seeking a HR Transaction Specialist I (Temp) to support our Human Capital Management team by processing and maintaining employee data with high accuracy in our HCM System & OneUSG.

• Audit and verify data entered into the HCM system.
• Run queries to reconcile transactions against job bank data.
• Process Employment Verifications and eVerify authorizations.
• Interact with internal and external customers to collect data and provide service.
• Assist with personnel file management.
• Create and reallocate position numbers as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

This position is located on GSU's main campus in Downtown Atlanta and is temporary.

• Associate's degree and one year of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• At least 1 year of experience within the University System of Georgia or State of Georgia HR.

Shift: 8:30 AM - 5:15 PM, Monday - Friday

Salary: $17.50/hour

Pay Grade: Temp

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
