This is a permanent, full‑time role offering a hybrid approach, involving weekly office days at our pet‑friendly support office in Waltham Abbey (Essex), store visits nationally as required, and days from home, 37.5 hours per week.

• Retail Operations: Inspire and empower store teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences, drive LFL growth, and execute our EDLP strategy with precision.
• Supply Chain Strategy: Own the relationship with our 3PL partner, ensuring agility, cost‑efficiency, and high availability across our omnichannel network.
• Transformation & Innovation: Spearhead retail transformation projects, evolve store formats, and embed continuous improvement across operations.
• Sustainability & Resilience: Champion ESG initiatives and build a future‑fit supply chain that’s responsive to market shifts and customer needs.

• Strong LFL sales and margin performance
• High product availability and customer satisfaction
