We are supporting the confidential search for a Supply Chain Director to join an innovative, fast-growing specialist manufacturing and solutions business headquartered in Devon.
This is a pivotal leadership role with end-to-end accountability for supply chain strategy, procurement, production planning, and stock across multiple sites in the UK and Europe.
This role owns the entire supply chain, including:
- All Purchasing & Procurement (direct and indirect), including fleet / van purchasing
- Production planning and assembly, with scope to introduce greater standardisation and efficiency
- Installations and operational flow from order to delivery
- Responsibility for stock management across all locations (UK & Europe)
- Driving cost control, supplier performance, availability, and scalability to support growth
The Supply Chain Director will play a key role in shaping how the business scales — balancing speed, innovation, and margin in a demanding customer environment.
This opportunity will suit a confident, commercially minded supply chain leader who:
- Understands end-to-end procurement and supply chain excellence and "what good looks like"
- Has experience operating in growth-focused or PE-backed environments (desirable, not essential)
- Is comfortable challenging the SLT constructively, bringing discipline, structure, and accountability
- Is hands-on, pragmatic, and solutions-led
- £80,000 – £100,000 base salary (dependent on experience)
- Equity participation
- Car allowance + full executive package
