  • Manage and oversee recruitment enquiries for an allocated region, responding promptly and progressing applicants efficiently.
  • Maximise conversion opportunities by arranging Initial Visit appointments and liaising with Social Workers.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records, trackers, and regional snapshot reports, ensuring timely follow‑ups on enquiries and closures.
  • Support the Recruitment Officer team through guidance, workload planning, and stepping in during supervisor or manager absence.
  • Provide weekly updates and reports to the Recruitment Officer Supervisor and Foster Carer Recruitment Manager, highlighting trends and recruitment progress.
  • Support the planning and delivery of monthly Live Q&A sessions and other engagement initiatives for prospective carers.
Key Skills & Person Specification

  • Proactive problem‑solving skills, demonstrating initiative and attention to detail.
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and working in line with the Data Protection Act.
  • Professional and positive approach, representing Compass Fostering with integrity, courage, and care.
