The Role

As a 360 Recruiter, you'll assist Hiring Managers in filling open positions by offering expert guidance and ensuring quality throughout the 360 recruitment process.

Key Accountabilities

Things you will do:

  • You’ll manage end to end (360) recruitment processes
  • You’ll pro‑actively source and deliver candidates
  • You’ll take full ownership to ensure the recruitment service is delivered
  • You’ll build and strengthen relationships with Hiring Managers through resource planning, job specification, other recruitment activities
  • You’ll consult with Hiring Managers on hiring needs and priorities.
  • You’ll deliver exceptional service to the candidate and Hiring Managers, providing frequent updates and clear communication throughout the entire recruitment process
  • You’ll deliver results against client Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and team objectives
Skills & Experience

You’ll need to demonstrate:

  • 360 Recruitment experience
  • Experience of working in a fast paced and high‑pressure environment
  • Strong and proven sourcing experience
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and engagement skills
  • Expert in managing recruitment processes
  • Experience of delivering results against client Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and team objectives
  • Credibility and confidence in sourcing and stakeholder management
