Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a multi-site retail HR role, ideally within fashion.
  • Strong ER experience and confident knowledge of UK employment law.
  • Commercial, data-literate and solutions-focused.

  • Partner with retail leadership on all people matters including workforce planning.
  • Lead ER across the region, coaching managers on handling issues.
  • Deliver the retail people plan focusing on engagement and wellbeing.
