Job summary

Qualifications

  • Experience working in Human Resources dealing with complex employee relations.
  • Knowledge of employment legislation and its application.

Responsibilities

  • Support the delivery of the Workforce Strategy to improve service delivery.
  • Provide professional advice on recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Enable service transformation through effective HR strategies.
  • Support performance management culture within Schools.
  • Work in partnership with trade unions and key stakeholders.

Skills

CIPD qualified (level 5)
Knowledge of employment legislation
Experience in complex employee relations
Strong communication skills
