Qualifications

  • CIPD qualified at a minimum of Level 5 (degree level).
  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar level HR role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices and UK employment law.
  • Evidence of continuous CPD.
  • Proven record of managing and supporting business change.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with managers to support employee relations.
  • Provide guidance on HR policies and performance management.
  • Handle employee queries and ER matters professionally.
  • Maintain accurate records and streamline HR processes.
  • Manage a small HR team, providing guidance and support.
