Job Title: Sales Executive

We are seeking a talented Full-Time Sales Executive to work at our Ruddington development. You will make a significant impact on our customers' lives by introducing them to independent living, proactively engaging with interested customers, and providing expert advice on their purchase and lifestyle choices.
You will collaborate with onsite Marketing, Customer Relations, Construction teams, and external agents and partners to progress sales through to completion. The working hours are Tuesday to Friday, 9:30 am to 5:00 pm, and Saturday, 9:30 am to 4:30 pm.
Previous experience in new homes sales, especially in the retirement market, is preferred. Your calming, supportive approach will help clients feel at ease during their decision-making process. Essential skills include excellent customer relationship management, a proven sales record, independence, proactive sales and marketing approach, professional conduct, interpersonal skills, IT proficiency, and a valid UK driver’s license.
