Our client is a renowned British heritage fashion brand based in Marble Arch. They are seeking a Senior Trading Executive to join their expanding and well-established team. The role offers a hybrid working model (2-3 days in the office) and a salary of £35,000. The company boasts an excellent culture with opportunities for training and career progression.

1. Provide commercial analysis, make strategic recommendations, and identify potential risks aligned with sales plans.
2. Participate actively in trade meetings, presenting key performance metrics.
3. Maintain strong relationships with the ecommerce team, identify new opportunities, and suggest improvements to existing plans.
4. Collaborate with the merchandiser to manage department stock levels in accordance with trade activity.
5. Lead, motivate, and develop your direct reports.

• Experience in a similar role with excellent analytical skills.
• Strong commercial awareness coupled with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Organized, passionate about trading, with a friendly, can-do attitude.
