A leading law firm in Manchester is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support the CEO. This role requires exceptional attention to detail and advanced proficiency in MS Office. We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to the Chief Executive Officer of a Top 100 UK law firm and its associated companies.
This pivotal role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and demonstrates exceptional attention to detail, discretion, and initiative. The position involves a wide range of executive support duties, including managing mergers and acquisitions administration, coordinating board meetings, preparing detailed travel itineraries, and handling digital dictation.
This is a full-time position based in our South Manchester office.
