Executive Personal Assistant to UHNW Principal - London - ON site

The successful candidate will bring intelligence, composure, and absolute discretion — providing seamless management of the Principal’s professional and private commitments across time zones. This is a role for a career PA who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and enjoys operating one step ahead.

Key Responsibilities
  • Extensive diary and travel management across global regions.
  • Coordination of meetings, events, and logistics across business and private schedules.
  • Acting as a central liaison between the Principal’s corporate teams, family office, and private affairs.
  • Preparing high-quality briefing materials, itineraries, and correspondence.
  • Managing confidential information with impeccable professionalism and judgement.
  • Supporting selected personal matters with tact and efficiency.
The Ideal Candidate

This role will suit an experienced PA or EA who has supported a senior executive, chairman, or principal within a complex, international environment. You’ll bring a polished approach, excellent judgement, and the ability to remain calm and proactive under pressure.
