MotorSport Vision (MSV) is the UK's leading race circuit operator, with several related motorsport businesses. MSV's circuits host a number of European and national race series including GT World Challenge, World Superbikes, British Touring Cars and the Bennetts British Superbike Championship.

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a bright and hardworking individual to join the team on a part time basis at Snetterton circuit as our Office Administrator. Snetterton Circuit hosts rounds of the Kwik Fit British Touring Car, Bennetts British Superbike and British GT Championships, plus countless other club-level and historic categories on both two and four wheels, as well as festivals and car shows.. As well as large spectator events, the circuit operates many track days, driving experiences, hospitality and conferencing events throughout the year.

In this role you will:
  • Provide administrative and general support to the Snetterton team
  • Prepare monthly payroll data in an accurate and timely manner
  • Maintain an efficient purchase order system
  • To support all venue departments in the procurement of goods and services: seeking quotations; ensuring the accuracy of quotations and issuing purchase orders
  • Manage relationships with key suppliers
  • Assist with cashing up procedures
  • Maintain residents pass database and be responsible for the issuing of new passes
  • To answer telephone calls into the department, taking accurate messages and fielding general enquires in a polite and personable manner
For this role you will have / be:
  • Experience of working within a fast-paced administration role, experience within a finance role would be desirable
  • Educated to A-level standard or equivalent
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills.
  • Due to our location, a full UK driving licence is essential
  • Highly organised
  • Able to demonstrate strong Outlook, Word and Excel skills
  • Ability to communicate with customers both face to face and over the telephone.

This role is being offered on a permanent part-time basis consisting of a 16 hour week on site in the Snetterton Circuit Office. Ideally the working pattern for this role would be four hours per day Monday to Thursday, but a degree of flexibility around this would be considered.

Due to the location of the office and some of the duties involved in the Office Administrator position, a full UK driving licence is essential for the role, or a reliable alternative.
