Our client is a well‑established consultancy firm with a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial culture and a global network of FTSE 100 clients. Their expertise spans Strategy and Events, and their CEO is a visionary thought leader known for an inspirational approach to business.

They are seeking a degree‑educated Personal Assistant to provide first‑class support to the CEO and Founder. This is a broad and dynamic role, involving global diary and travel management, stakeholder coordination and hands‑on involvement in high‑profile client initiatives.

As the Personal Assistant you will act as the CEO’s right‑hand, managing an exceptionally busy schedule, coordinating international travel and preparing high‑quality presentations and reports. You will serve as a key liaison both internally and externally – building trusted relationships, overseeing speaking engagements and ensuring priorities are delivered seamlessly.

This position offers a rare opportunity to work closely with the senior leadership team on high‑profile global initiatives, contributing directly to the company’s growth plans. You’ll be part of a collaborative, driven team that values excellence and innovation.

The Ideal Candidate Will
  • Be degree‑educated with prior experience supporting a senior executive or team (CEO, Founder, Directors or equivalent) in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Have strong global diary and travel management experience, ideally across US and international time zones.
  • Possess exceptional communication, organisational and relationship‑building skills.
  • Thrive in a client‑focused, high‑performance culture – experience in consultancy, tech or professional services is highly advantageous.
