SALARY: Grade D - 25989 28142 pro rata (Actual Salary 8,809 - 9,539)

STATUS: Temporary until 31.8.26, with a view to making permanent

HOURS: 15 hours per week, Term Time only (5 mornings per week: 8.30am 11.30am)

REQUIRED FROM: 1st January 2026

The Headteacher and Governors of Highfield are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and professional Senior Clerical Assistant. We are looking for a highly motivated candidate who is efficient and effective to become an integral part of our school.

Responsibilities
  • Have experience of working in a school context
  • Have the ability to work soundly in all aspects of school administration and general office duties
  • Have good computer skills, including using SIMS
  • Be highly motivated with the ability to work well within a busy office environment
  • Provide a welcoming and efficient reception service
