Director Of Sales à United States

A dynamic co-working platform is seeking a Group Commercial Director to join them in a newly created role to support the ongoing growth of the business. This individual will be responsible for the UK & European portfolio of buildings from pre-opening onwards and will lead revenue strategy, encompassing sales and marketing, while collaborating closely with operations to achieve sales, renewal, and retention targets at each location.

The responsibilities of this role include:

1. Developing revenue strategy and site-level performance metrics.
2. Managing group-level commercial activities, including sales and marketing team deliverables.
3. Formulating pricing strategies and initiatives.
4. Identifying new target markets and developing the initial product innovation roadmap.
5. Providing data, insights, reporting, and forecasting to the Board and SLT.
6. Leading team management for marketing and sales, including KPI setting, measurement, and management.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Essential UK experience and ideally EU experience within the flex office industry at a director level or higher, with a background in sales and marketing. Experience with sales-led roles with marketing crossover will be considered.
• Proven success in multi-country market entry and growth.
• Responsibility for sales and marketing performance and new product development.
• Familiarity with investor audiences, including reporting and presentation skills.
• Experience managing SLT-level teams with cross-functional responsibilities in sales and marketing.

The basic salary for this position will depend on the candidate's experience and career level, with an expected range of £XX,XXX - £XX,XXX, plus benefits and a performance-related bonus.
