What You will Do

As a Sales Regional Director at BlinkOps, you'll lead and grow a high-performing team of 3-5 Account Executives across EMEA. You'll be responsible for mentoring your team through complex enterprise sales cycles, driving strong pipeline generation and quota attainment, and helping the team scale with discipline and efficiency. Your leadership will directly impact BlinkOps's go-to-market strategy and growth in EMEA.

Your responsibilities
  • Manage and coach a team of Account Executives across EMEA, ensuring consistent pipeline development and deal execution.
  • Partner with sales leadership to define and exceed regional sales targets.
  • Monitor performance metrics, forecast accurately, and support Account Executives in closing complex enterprise deals.
  • Participate in customer calls to provide strategic guidance and remove roadblocks.
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, RevOps, and sales engineering to optimize team performance and customer engagement.
  • Hire, onboard, and develop new Account Executives as we scale the team.
  • Foster a strong, high-performance sales culture.
  • Report on team performance, key wins, and market trends to senior leadership.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience managing Account Executives or a high-performing SAAS B2B sales team.
  • 5+ years of enterprise software sales experience, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota, in a relevant space, such as cloud security, DevOps, SecOps, or IAM.
  • In-depth knowledge of the challenges and technologies associated with cloud operations, DevOps, SecOps, and IAM.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills, with a passion for developing sales talent.
  • Experience managing full sales cycles, from pipeline generation to closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
  • Comfortable leading both strategic and tactical conversations with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and influence across functions.
  • Self-starter with strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Based in Europe with the ability to travel within the region as needed.
