Our client is a well-established asbestos company with a large portfolio of clients nationwide and now, due to recent expansion they urgently need an experienced and motivated Asbestos Commercial Director in the London Area. Applications from Dartford, Ashford, Basildon, Chelmsford and the surrounding areas will be considered.

Qualifications & experience:

The post holder must come from a good educational, technical, sales, operational, consultancy, management and commercial background.
Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Must have previous experience working in the asbestos industry in a commercial director role.
Proficient with Microsoft office package.
Will have a good understanding of asbestos, health & safety and fire.

Key Responsibilities:

To help in the development and growth of the business.
Developing commercial strategy nationwide.
Supporting the operational side of the business.
Ensuring contract operations are co-ordinated with clients.
Producing method statements, risk assessments, tenders, quotations and other relevant paperwork.
Training and supporting the team and managing the office.
Ensuring that all work is carried out in accordance with the relevant Health and Safety and company procedures.
Managing existing contracts and help establish new ones.
Maintain a professional working relationship with a large portfolio of clients.
