A leading renewable energy platform is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to drive new business with corporate energy buyers across the UK and Europe. The role involves developing tailored sales strategies and managing complex sales cycles. Candidates should have proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the energy or climate tech sectors, and possess strong commercial judgement. Renewabl is redefining how companies procure renewable energy. Our platform helps leading corporates and utilities buy and sell cost-effective renewable energy with real impact, and track their Carbon Free Energy score hourly .
We help customers move beyond annual certificates to hourly‑matched renewable energy, improving ESG credibility, reducing risk, and preparing for emerging 24 / 7 clean energy standards. We’re scaling fast across the UK, Europe and beyond, and we’re building a commercial team to match our ambition.
We’re looking for a hunter‑led, consultative sales professional to drive new business with corporate energy buyers across the UK and Europe.
This role will report into the Head of Commercial .
This is not a high‑volume outbound role. You’ll work with a defined target market of corporate accounts, developing thoughtful, account‑based sales strategies and leading complex sales cycles end‑to‑end. You’ll engage sustainability, energy procurement, and finance stakeholders to help them translate climate ambition into credible, cost‑aware procurement decisions.
You’ll be an early commercial hire, working closely with the founders to shape how Renewabl goes to market.
