Job summary

A leading financial services company is seeking a professional to develop and manage accounts with mortgage intermediaries. This role entails driving sales through effective regional strategies and representation at events. The ideal candidate will possess proven B2B sales experience, strong relationships with intermediaries, and advanced presentation skills. A valid UK driving licence and commitment to ongoing development (CeMAP) are required. This position will also promote additional financial products where appropriate.

Qualifications

  • Proven B2B sales experience in financial services required.
  • Strong IFA/intermediary relationships are essential.
  • Must have full, valid UK driving licence and willingness to travel.

Job description
  • Develop and manage accounts with mortgage intermediaries, delivering high-quality completions and monthly targets
  • Represent our brand at regional events, trade roadshows and exhibitions
  • Ensure intermediaries understand our products, target market and criteria
  • Build a data-driven regional Sales Plan, using CRM to manage activity and compile market intelligence
  • Collaborate internally to improve quality and uncover opportunities
  • Promote additional financial products where appropriate
  • Always operate with FCA principles in mind (TCF, financial crime prevention)
    Knowledge of specialist-lending mortgage products and company policies
  • Proven B2B sales experience in financial services with strong IFA/intermediary relationships
  • Excellent presentation/report writing skills; confident with figures and performance tracking
  • Advanced PC skills (Microsoft Office, CRM databases, Teams/virtual media)
  • Educated to A level (or professional equivalent e.g., FPC); committed to ongoing development (CeMAP)
  • Full, valid UK driving licence and willingness to travel/stay overnight
