We now have a vacancy for a Civils Development Manager, supporting our branches in . In this external sales role, you will be responsible for developing and expanding Civils business with existing and potential customers, identifying opportunities, and calling on sites and customers. Through reports and analysis, you will regularly review customer and product performance to maximise sales and profitability. Working closely with the sales and branch teams, you will play a key part in helping to achieve budget and targets.

This may be a great opportunity for you to move into an external sales role as you develop your career path or may be a great role for you if you are looking for a career change and are driven and hungry to develop within a sales role. Alternatively, you may already be in a similar role and are now looking for a fresh challenge. If you are self‑motivated, passionate about customer service, able to drive sales, identify new business opportunities as well as influence and negotiate with confidence, then this might be the role for you. Having experience of the industry and knowledge of civils products are desirable but not essential as full training can be provided.
