Qualifications

  • High-energy experienced manager in funded training or recruitment.
  • Background in government-funded contracts and meeting KPIs.
  • Understanding of Social Media Marketing is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead activities for learner engagement and partnership referrals.
  • Source job vacancies for guaranteed interviews for learners.
  • Build and maintain relationships with referral partners.
  • Manage and mentor the learner bookings team.

The Role

This is a pivotal management position responsible for the"Golden Thread"of our funded courses: securing the right learners, building the right partnerships, and ensuring successful employment outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Learner Engagement: Lead activities to promote our courses and achieve referrals from partner organisations and agencies.
  • Employer Engagement: Proactively source high-quality job vacancies from employers who can provide our learners with a guaranteed job interview.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain successful partnerships with referral partners including JCP, Probation Services, and local employment groups.
  • Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and motivate the internal learner bookings team to achieve course enrollment targets.
  • Outcome Tracking: Oversee the collection of vital learner progression data, ensuring all interview and employment outcomes are recorded accurately and communicated to relevant stakeholders.
About You

You are a high-energy"closer"with a background in funded training, recruitment, or business development. You understand the complexities of government-funded contracts and have a proven track record of meeting ambitious KPIs.

  • Exceptional Communication: The ability to pitch our training solutions to employers and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strategic Sales Ability: Proven experience in lead generation, closing deals, and managing key accounts.
  • Leadership Experience: A natural ability to manage a team, drive performance, and "think on your feet" in a fast-paced environment.
  • Digital Proficiency: Strong IT skills (MS Office / CRM) to manage reporting and data-driven decision-making. A knowledge and understanding of Social Media Marketing would be beneficial.
