A leading social care provider in Derby seeks a compassionate Deputy Manager to support the Registered Manager and lead a team in delivering high-quality care. Applicants should have experience in adult social care and an NVQ Level 3 (working towards Level 5 preferred). Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week (you will be required to work shifts over a 7 day period)
Salary: Up to £29,000 per annum (depending on experience & qualifications)
