A reputable retail cooperative in Harrogate seeks a Customer Team Leader to provide excellent service and lead a store team. The role involves coaching team members, managing store operations, and ensuring safety and compliance. Candidates should be passionate about customer needs, possess strong people skills, and be flexible with varied shifts. Location: Skipton Road, Harrogate, HG1 3DP
Pay: £13.99 per hour
Contract: 20 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent contract, part time
Working pattern: varied shifts including early mornings (5.45am opening), afternoons, late evenings up to 2am, including weekends, to be discussed at interview

You must be aged 18 or over to be a customer team leader at Co-op, as you’ll need to authorise age-related sales.
We’re looking for Customer Team Leaders to join our team at Co-op. As a Customer Team Leader, you’ll be part of a friendly team that’s dedicated to helping our customers. We’ll look to you to help lead the store team – coaching and supervising our Customer Team Members and deputising for the Store Manager, while also delivering great customer service and performing a wide range of other tasks around the store like re‑stocking shelves and cleaning up spillages.
