Qualifications

• Experience in facilities management and building maintenance required.

• Knowledge of health & safety legislation including COSHH.

Responsibilities

• Act as key holder and respond to alarm systems.
• Manage cleaning contractors and conduct inspections.
• Coordinate space planning and occupancy reporting.
• Serve as Fire Marshal and First Aider.
• Oversee building maintenance and health & safety compliance.
