Our client, a global tech company, is hiring for a Sales Operations Coordinator. This role requires good knowledge of Salesforce and is a 100% remote position in the UK.
Description:
Responsibilities:
- Manage tactical execution tasks of communication partnerships’ programs, including partner onboarding, MDF, and partner payouts for various incentives.
- Manage support tickets and escalations from partners, ensuring issues are resolved promptly and efficiently.
- Assist in organizing and streamlining regular communications to partners, including surveys, marketing announcements, product updates, and pilot/research requests.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to resolve and troubleshoot technical issues for partners.
- Serve as the primary contact for partners regarding operational and sales-related issues.
- Provide an excellent partner experience through timely follow-up, regular communication, and visibility within WA for partners. Be the partner champion.
Qualifications:
- Ability to work independently supporting operational tasks.
- Experience interacting with cross-functional partners and unblocking tasks.
- Background in consulting, strategic partnerships, account, partner, or project management.
- Strong communication skills with experience sharing insights to varied audiences and senior management internally and externally.
- Passionate about problem-solving and delving deep into issues.
- Self-starter with a proactive approach.
- Experience working cross-functionally, prioritizing projects, and managing responsibilities for multiple stakeholders.
