Job summary
A supported living service provider in North Tyneside is seeking an experienced Support Team Leader/Service Manager to oversee a 6-bed facility. You will lead a dedicated team to provide exceptional care for individuals with learning disabilities, mental health needs, and mobility issues. The ideal candidate is passionate about quality care and has strong leadership skills. Key responsibilities include mentoring staff, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Qualifications
- Experience in a leadership role within supported living or social care settings.
