Job description
We're looking for a Shift Leader to join our team at One Stop, a subsidiary of Tesco. As a Shift Leader, you will be working in a fast paced retail environment where no day is the same.
As a Shift Leader you will take ownership of store activities by running duty shifts and coordinating a team to deliver a clean and full store that exceeds customer expectations. You will regularly look for ways to improve service through on-the-job coaching and feedback, understand store performance, and deliver practical actions for improvement. With your guidance, the store will remain a safe place to work and shop.
If this store has a Post Office Local, you will need to run day‑to‑day post office operations. You must pass a Post Office financial and criminal conviction background check. Failure to pass will result in withdrawal of the job offer.
