you’ll be the champion of customer experience in store—ensuring every interaction leaves a lasting impression.

You’ll lead by example, coaching colleagues to deliver outstanding service, resolve issues with empathy, and promote our brand values at every opportunity.

You’ll take ownership of customer satisfaction, loyalty, and service standards across the store.

Whether it’s supporting front-end operations, managing feedback, or driving service improvements, you’ll make sure our store is a place customers love to shop.

• Experience managing or supervising in a customer-facing retail or hospitality environment.

• Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and evenings.
