Aufgaben
- Manage day-to-day operations of the care home.
- Drive improvement and support staff in providing high-quality care.
Kenntnisse
Panoramic Associates is partnered with a Care Home in Kent, recruiting an interim Registered Manager to join them ASAP. This is a 5 day per week role in a complex needs service.
- Focus on day-to-day operations of running the home - managing records, documentation, audits, etc.
- Drive improvement and support staff to provide high quality care.
- Experience working in a turnaround role is preferable
- Excellent CQC understanding is essential
- DBS on the Update Service preferred
- Must be able to start ASAP
Paid on a competitive day rate inside iR35.
