Join Our Client's Team as a Finance Assistant! Role: Finance Assistant Hours: Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours (hybrid working) Location: Brighton Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 Office Angels is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of our valued client for a Finance Assistant. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a brilliant Finance team, where you'll play a key role in managing financial processes and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. If you have a keen eye for detail, strong Excel skills, and a passion for finance, we'd love to hear from you!

• Use Excel to organise and manage data efficiently.
• Support the Accounts Payable team and assist with financial reports.
• Handle banking tasks, including making payments and checking records.
• Assist with recording and tracking expenses in Sage.
• Help update and maintain the Fixed Asset Register accurately.
• Provide financial information when needed to support the team.
• Follow company policies to ensure a safe and smooth working environment.

• A meticulous individual with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
• Strong Excel skills.
• 1-2 years or more experience in an Accounts or Financial position.
• Excellent communication skills to handle calls and emails courteously.
• A team player who works conscientiously and safely, considering the well-being of others.
