We are the final stage for complaints about the NHS in England and public services delivered by the UK Government. We look into complaints where someone believes there has been injustice or hardship because an organisation has not acted properly or fairly or has given a poor service and not put things right.
Our service is free for everyone.
We regularly recruit to the position of Caseworker, and we invite you to register your interest by submitting your CV and supporting statement.
All submissions will be monitored, and if an opportunity arises, you may be contacted for an initial telephone interview to assess your suitability.
As a caseworker, you will handle casework efficiently and in accordance with our standards.
We seek motivated individuals with excellent customer service skills. You should be highly motivated, able to manage a varied workload, possess strong analytical skills, make evidence-based decisions, and demonstrate appropriate empathy while remaining impartial. Clear and effective writing skills are essential.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a societal impact by addressing individual wrongs, informing public policy, and improving public services.
Please submit your CV and supporting statement by 31 December 2020.
